Learn to Fly Inversion Workshop with Kate
In this 2 hour workshop we will break down the intricacies of handstand, forearmstand, and headstand, as well as the many variations available to you once you are upside down! A focus on shoulder anatomy and core strength will help you develop the means to balance on your arms. The class will be a vinyasa-based class with many “tips and tricks” to help build the confidence to try arm balances like Bakasana (Crow), Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon), Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 and 2, and many more! This is an ALL LEVELS workshop – whether you have never flown before or are just looking for a tune-up of you inversion and arm balance practice, join us for a fun, challenging, and inspiring afternoon!
